IA.  Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from  24/2100Z
to 25/2100Z:  Solar activity was very low. No spotted regions were
visible on the disk, and no flares were observed.
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to be very
low.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 24/2100Z to 25/2100Z:
The geomagnetic field was quiet. The wind speed at ACE continues to
decline through the period (approx. 330km/sec).
IIB.  Geophysical Activity Forecast:  The geomagnetic field is
expected to be quiet for the forecast period (26-28 August).
