IA.  Analysis of Solar Active Regions and Activity from  18/2100Z
to 19/2100Z:  Solar activity was very low. The solar disk remains
spotless. No flares were observed.
IB.  Solar Activity Forecast:  Solar activity is expected to be very
low.
IIA.  Geophysical Activity Summary 18/2100Z to 19/2100Z:
Geomagnetic field activity was at quiet levels. The greater than 2
MeV electron flux at geosynchronous orbit was at high levels early
in the period.
IIB.  Geophysical Activity Forecast:  Geomagnetic field activity is
expected to be quiet to unsettled thru days one and two (20-21
March), returning to quiet on day three (22 March).
