B.  Proton Events:  A greater than 10 MeV proton enhancement was
observed in GOES 13 flux data associated with the long duration M1
flare at 22/1110Z from Region 1314, however the proton flux has not
reached the 10 PFU threshold.
C.  Geomagnetic Activity Summary:  The geomagnetic field was quiet.
